Online tickets are required to enter the gallery, please purchase your tickets in advance.

You may stay and explore as long as you like. Most guests spend an average of 60-90 minutes in the gallery portion of the experience.

San Antonio: Parking is available in the Travis Park Plaza Garage at a validated rate. Please present your ticket in our Hop Shop to redeem.

Portland: There is street parking throughout the neighborhood and first-come, first-serve parking in the Goat Blocks complex garage adjacent to our building.

Hopscotch is adult-only on Friday nights from 7 pm - close. The last child's ticket is available at 4:30 pm.

As part of our ongoing safety measures, Hopscotch is cashless. All guests must pay via credit or debit card for all purchases.

Guests must sign a health and safety waiver before entering the gallery. A link to your waiver is available in your online ticket confirmation.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to make your originally scheduled time you may change the date and time on your booking via the blue “Change Booking” link in your email confirmation. You may also transfer your tickets using the same feature. If you need assistance, please contact us with your confirmation number and details of the transfer request.

Please arrive as close to your scheduled time slot as possible, as we are unable to accommodate early arrivals. Those arriving more than 15 minutes late cannot be guaranteed entry and may have to reschedule.

The QR code in your email confirmation serves as your ticket. Please complete your health and safety waiver prior to arriving. Once admitted, you’ll receive a brief overview on how to make the most of your Hopscotch experience, don’t forget to bring a pair of socks for our LED ball pit and Quantum Trampoline!

We offer a discounted ticket for seniors (65+), military, teachers, healthcare workers/community first responders. We do not participate in the Arts for All or SNAP programs.

We recommend leaving items at home or in your vehicle, as there is no place to store strollers and other large items. Bags may be subject to search. To fully enjoy the experience, we recommend that you carry as little as possible.

Yes, we have easily accessible bathrooms available for your use at any time.

Hopscotch meets ADA standards and the general space is navigable by crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, or mobility scooters. Some installations require the use of the entire body to participate.

There is limited bench seating throughout the space. We do not have wheelchairs to rent.

Exhibits do not have weight restrictions.

Some exhibits are highly immersive and use strong lighting effects and loud surround sound that may be disruptive to guests with light and sound sensitivities. Most navigable areas of the space feature no, low, dim, or colorful lighting.

We love uniqueness and creativity more than anyone. Feel free to dress as casually or fancy as you'd like. Costumes that obscure your face, have accessories, or are culturally inappropriate are prohibited. Clothing with objectionable material including obscene language/graphics or clothing that exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment is not allowed. Shoes are required to be worn at all times (except in the Ball Pit and Quantum Trampoline, where socks are required.)

We absolutely do not allow weapons (costume/props or real.) Firearms, knives, weapons, cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, narcotics, and illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Our staff has the right to refuse entry if you violate this policy.

As much as we love furry friends, pets are not allowed. Service animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability are always welcome.

Hopscotch is a uniquely curated, immersive, and interactive art experience. We bring together artists in collaborative environments to create unique, impactful, and distinct shared experiences. We believe art can be a vessel to tell stories and illuminate important messages. Hopscotch allows artists to showcase their works in sustainable and creative ways, encourages them to be inspired by new mediums, and empowers them to reach new audiences (maybe that’s you.) We strongly believe in cultivating lasting relationships and a synergy with our staff, artists, and the local communities we are in.

The experience is curated by Hopscotch. We are committed to creating unique, immersive art experiences that are a respite from the outside world and invoke a sense of joy and wonder in our guests.

Hopscotch is here to stay! This is a permanent art experience.
