The Basics

Where are you located?

We are located in the Travis Park Plaza Building at 711 Navarro. The main entrance is located on the park side at the corner of Navarro and Travis. Please visit our Contact page for more information.

Where do I park?

Parking is available in the Travis Park Plaza Garage adjacent to Hopscotch for a discounted rate of $5 for 3 hours. Enter off of Travis Street between Navarro and St. Mary’s. Bring your parking ticket with you and show it to Hopscotch staff to receive the discounted rate. Please note, we only offer discounted parking validation for the Travis Park Plaza Garage.

How much are tickets?

Wednesday - Sunday

GA Adults: $24
Students, Seniors, and Military ID-Holders (Must show valid ID): $20
Children (Ages 4-13): $15
Children 3 and under are free

Do I have to have a ticket to enter?

You do not have to purchase a ticket to visit our lounge, gift shop, patio, or food truck spaces. You will need a ticket to enter our gallery space.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

An online ticket is required to enter the gallery. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance here.

Can I pay in cash?

As part of our ongoing safety measures, Hopscotch is cashless. All guests must pay via credit or debit card for all purchases.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Guests must sign a health and safety waiver before entering the gallery. A link to your waiver is available in your online ticket confirmation.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can change the date and time on your booking via the blue "Change booking" link in your email confirmation. If you need assistance, please email contact@letshopscotch.com with your confirmation number and details of the transfer request.

What time do I need to arrive for my timed ticket?

You are welcome to arrive early to enjoy a beverage from our lobby lounge or purchase bites from our food truck. You may enter the gallery no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ticket time. If you arrive 30 minutes after your purchased time slot, you will not be guaranteed access into the gallery.

What do I need for check-in?

An ID that matches the name of a person on the reservation is required. Please complete your health and safety waiver prior to arriving. Once admitted, you'll receive a brief overview on how to make the most of your Hopscotch experience!

Can I leave and come back in?

You can revisit the bar, lounge, or patio at any time. Guests with tickets may also re-enter the gallery at any point during your visit so long as you have not left and re-entered the building.

Can I change my ticket time or get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to a different person, time. or date based on availability. Please use the blue reschedule link in your confirmation email to rebook. If you need assistance, please email contact@letshopscotch.com with your confirmation number and details of the transfer request.

THE EXPERIENCE

How long is the gallery experience?

You may stay and explore as long as you like. Most guests spend an average of 60-90 minutes in the gallery portion of the experience.

Is Hopscotch for all ages?

Hopscotch welcomes all audiences, though some installations are more adult-focused than others. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We ask that adults supervise minors accordingly because some exhibits are more about looking or listening than touching. Wall displays and our staff are here to guide you to help you make the most out of your Hopscotch experience.

Can I bring food and beverages into Hopscotch? Do you sell food and beverages at Hopscotch?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed at Hopscotch. There are drinking fountains and hydration stations available throughout the facility.

We have a full menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available in our lounge for purchase. You may bring drinks from the lounge with you throughout the experience.

Food is usually available for purchase on our patio.

Can I book a group outing or event?

Are there any rules about taking photos?

Please take as many photos and videos as you like. However, we encourage you to put your phone away at times to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Please be considerate of other guests when taking photos or videos.

Tripods, excessive props, costume/outfit changes, commercial or product shoots, media shoots, press interviews, and all professional video equipment are not allowed without approval and accompaniment from a Hopscotch representative.

Do you sell Hopscotch merchandise and other gifts?

Yes! We have a gift shop full of unique curiosities that we encourage you to explore. Our retail area is part of our public space, so you don't need a ticket to visit. There are no returns or exchanges on gift shop items.

ACCESSIBILITY

Is there somewhere to store strollers and other items?

Compact strollers are allowed. However, we recommend leaving large items in your vehicle or at home. Bags may be subject to search. To fully enjoy the experience, we recommend that you carry as little as possible.

Are there bathrooms?

Yes, we have easily accessible bathrooms available for you to use at any time.

Are pets allowed?

Well behaved pets are allowed on leash on the patio and in the lounge as long as they are accompanied by their owner. If your pet is causing a disruption you may be asked to leave. Animals are never allowed in the gallery unless they are a trained service animal.

Is there a lost and found?

Please be extra diligent in holding on to your belongings, particularly cell phones. In order to fully enjoy the experience, we recommend that you carry as little as possible and leave extra items in your vehicle. We can not guarantee that all lost items will be found and are not responsible for missing items. Please email contact@letshopscotch.com to inquire about a missing item.

Are you ADA accessible?

Yes, Hopscotch is ADA accessible.

SAFETY

What are your health and safety procedures?


Individuals who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear face coverings. For individuals not yet vaccinated, we request you wear a face covering. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the space, and we encourage each guest to frequently wash their hands.

Can I wear a costume?

We love uniqueness and creativity more than anyone. What we don’t love are costumes that obscure your face, have accessories or are culturally inappropriate. Our staff will have the right to refuse you entry if we find you to be in violation of this policy.

Do you allow weapons?

We absolutely do not allow any firearms, knives, weapons or illegal substances of any kind.

This experience was curated by Hopscotch. We are committed to creating unique, immersive art experiences that are a respite from the outside world and invoke a sense of joy and wonder in our guests. We strive to engage with and support local, national and international artists and give them a platform that allows them to showcase their works.

How long is this here for?

Hopscotch is here to stay! This is a permanent gallery with rotating exhibitions.
