Tubes of colored light run the Portland hallways and land at a lit panel outside each exhibit.
The hallways at Hopscotch Portland are not the part between exhibits. The Swizzle makes them the walk you take on purpose: color runs overhead and keeps moving while you do, then lands at a backlit panel that tells you what is through the next door. Todd Moyer and 11 Dimensions built it.

About the artist
Todd Moyer traces his whole career to the eighth grade, when he combined a shop class project with his home stereo and a string of Christmas lights and built himself a disco. He grew up in the first digital age, learning to program on an early Hyundai 80286 PC, and roughly 30 years later the impulse is the same: take the technology and turn it into something people can feel.
